Importance of your well-being
Our employees’ well-being is important to us. In the majority of countries where PA operates we provide private healthcare insurance to our employees (extendable to their partners and children) and encourage those who are at higher risk of age-related illnesses to undergo annual health checks. In the UK you will also have access to the Employee Advisory Service, where you can seek support to overcome challenging times, whether personal or professional.
In the unfortunate event that you become ill and are unable to return to work in the short-term, there are generally long-term sick arrangements in place in the majority of countries where PA operates to support you in your recovery and return to work.
