Appraising Your Performance
At PA, we believe performance conversations are critical to the recognition and development of our people and being clear about performance expectations and standards provides a solid platform for discussion and review. Clear expectations also help our employees to undertake self-evaluation of performance and to focus on areas requiring development. Further information can be found in development at PA.
Throughout your career with PA you will receive regular feedback on your performance to help you develop in your chosen path. Performance objectives are set annually and formally reviewed every six months to continually serve as a guideline for the individual. In addition, every member of staff at PA has an annual performance review. Performance outcomes are discussed at a feedback meeting with your assessor (normally your line manager) where you will, in addition, discuss and agree objectives and development plans for the coming year. Additional intermediate reviews take place during the year and consulting staff receive assignment appraisals every three months which feed into the annual review process.
It is fundamental to PA that your performance is fairly and objectively appraised as it provides direction for your development and feeds directly into your total reward and compensation. Find out more about PA’s reward philosophy.
