Clients rise against lawyers’ fees

PA's Henrik Zeberg and Claus Fadum Nissen have been quoted in an article on PA Consulting’s survey of the buyers of legal services in Denmark, UK and Germany. The article focuses on what the legal industry needs to do to survive in the current economic climate.

The article consists of four sections, each focusing on various aspects of the survey’s findings. Henrik Zeberg Jensen said: “The legal business needs to re-invent itself. Lawyers are very professional but they need to be good merchants at the same time,”

Claus Fadum Nissen goes on to say: “The large legal firms cannot differentiate themselves on quality as they are all skilled lawyers. They need to differentiate themselves on their ability to help the client strengthen their business.”
