Strategic planning for the Irish Tourist Board

Bord Fáilte (the Irish Tourist Board) appointed PA to assist with the design and implementation of the organization’s strategic planning process. As a result of our work, Bord Fáilte developed a strategic planning document, which has the support and encouragement of both senior management and staff.  This has given the Tourism Board a clear set of goals in relation to the development of services and the changes required within the organization to meet the challenges of change.  Since the initial strategic planning work, PA has been working closely with Bord Fáilte staff in a wide range of strategy implementation working groups.
