Hotel feasibility study and investment programming

PA was retained by an international investor group to prepare a feasibility and investment overview document for the redevelopment of Hotel Europa, Sarajevo’s historic flagship hotel built in 1882 and located in the heart of the city’s downtown area.  The operational analysis, projections and $30 million financial structure developed for the project was used to obtain syndicated debt and equity participation via two multilateral development banks.
