Privatization of Peruvian airports

PA assisted the Peruvian Commission for the Promotion of Private Investment (PROMCEPRI) in determining which airports to include in the concession program, their packaging, the form the concession should take, its scope and timing, and the role of the Government as it transitioned away from aviation system operator towards pure regulator.  PA conducted a preliminary assessment of the Peruvian airport system’s operational, economic and financial characteristics in order to determine which airports were candidates for inclusion in the privatization concession.  PA also assisted in organizing strategies for securing consensus from diverse stakeholders.
