Environmental improvement fund for the Caribbean tourism industry

PA was commissioned by a US government agency and an international public organization to design an environmental investment fund to capitalize cost-effective energy and environmental improvements in the Caribbean tourism sector. The purpose of this work was to identify opportunities to leverage financing from a number of agencies for environmental improvements in this sector.  The project included an analysis of financing opportunities for environmental investments, presentations on these opportunities at regional conferences, and the development of proposals to access financing from relevant funding agencies.
