Caribbean Hotel Environmental Management Initiative

PA is working with the Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism (CAST) to introduce the concept of environmental management to small hoteliers in the Eastern Caribbean. PA is developing toolkits and training videos to communicate best environmental management practices.  We will also provide extensive on-property environmental improvement assistance by conducting 200 environmental walk-throughs, 40 small hotel environmental assessments and by providing environmental management training to assist hoteliers to achieve green certification.  Through this project, PA will be assisting CAST as the beneficiary institution to build its capabilities in order to better provide environmental support services.
