
The EPIQ II Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) 2003-2008 is a vehicle for USAID Missions and Bureaus to access environmental policy, institutional strengthening and related services to support the development and implementation of economic development and programs.
PA Government Services Inc. holds one of USAID’s three EPIQ IQC II contracts to implement policy reform and capacity building projects for USAID worldwide.
PA draws on its analytic and institutional breadth and depth to support strategic planning and priority setting, program design and implementation and institutional strengthening in all USAID-assisted countries. With operations on every continent, the PA team brings local experience and an integrated approach to problem solving, and a commitment to high-quality results.
PA’s EPIQ IQC II team provides excellence in all the technical disciplines required to provide effective policy support, including economics, science and health, law, modeling, monitoring and evaluation, finance, public information, training and conflict resolution. We have worked extensively on issues related to urban and industrial environmental management, agriculture and rural development, global climate change, natural resource pricing and economic instruments, sustainable tourism, pollution prevention, regulation and enforcement, and institutional strengthening.

How to access PA's services
EPIQ IQC contract no. EPP-I-00-03-00015-00
1. Prepare a draft scope of work that includes anticipated tasks, deliverables and level of effort.
2. Work with your contracting office to issue a task order request to PA Government Services Inc.
