The Alliance to Save Energy is a non-governmental 501(c)(3) organization focused solely on improving the efficiency of energy use in the United States and over a dozen developing and transition countries.

The Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP) is a non-profit environmental think tank that specializes in the analysis and design of market-based instruments.
