Alliance to Save Energy
The Alliance to Save Energy is a non-governmental 501(c)(3) organization focused solely on improving the efficiency of energy use in the United States and over a dozen developing and transition countries.

The Alliance's International Programs work with local partners in the developing world and countries in transition to establish replicable energy-efficiency policies and programs. Working both on the national level and on the local level, the Alliance strives to implement results-oriented projects and build host countries’ capacity to develop and carry out their own energy efficiency projects and programs. Currently, the Alliance is actively saving energy in 23 countries around the world. AEE has vast experience in customizing existing certification programs to address the needs of an individual country and/or region.
AEE developed over twenty self-sustaining NGO chapters of AEE with the assistance of USAID-funded programs. Chapters are provided with both technical and NGO training, and conduct AEE certification programs within country under the direction of AEE Headquarters. AEE has participated in USAID work in Armenia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Georgia, Hungary, India, Jamaica, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine.

Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP)
The Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP) is a non-profit environmental think tank that specializes in the analysis and design of market-based instruments. Since its inception in 1985, CCAP has been devoted to developing, promoting, and implementing innovative solutions to major environmental and energy problems that balance both environmental and economic interests. CCAP has successfully advocated emissions trading and other market mechanisms as cost-effective and environmentally certain means of addressing diverse air pollution, climate change and energy problems.

In addition to working in the United States, CCAP has worked directly in Brazil, Canada, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, the Czech Republic, Germany, Mexico, Panama, Poland, Slovakia, and the Ukraine, and has collaborated with numerous other developed and developing countries. Convector Consulting NA, Inc. (CCNA)
CCNA is an energy industry consulting firm with extensive experience in complex decision support system development and implementation. The firm’s members have particularly strong technical backgrounds in finance and accounting, resource and capital planning, strategic planning, forecasting, pricing, and risk management, as well as extensive experience applying advanced operations research tools and techniques to power market simulation and corporate planning and analysis.

Engine Fuels & Emissions Engineering, Inc. (EF&EE)
EF&EE is an engineering and consulting firm specializing in the measurement and control of air pollutant emissions from motor vehicles and other mobile sources, as well as conventional and alternative fuels and air quality issues worldwide.
