Energy IQC contract no. EPP-I-00-03-00008-00: PA implements solutions to provide clean, affordable energy worldwide

The Energy Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Technical Assistance in the Energy and Environment Sector, 2003-2008, is a vehicle for USAID Missions to access a broad range of energy sector services to assist in reforming energy sectors and strengthening institutional capacities to deliver clean, affordable energy. PA Government Services Inc. holds one of USAID’s Energy IQC II contracts and implements USAID energy projects worldwide. PA provides technical and institutional expertise across the full range of energy sector issues such as energy sector reform, utility management, energy efficiency and renewable energy, fossil fuels, regional energy planning and trade, energy security, rural energy, environmental improvement through improved energy use, and energy-related technology transfer.
PA’s Energy IQC II team provides excellence in all the technical disciplines of energy planning and management including engineering, economics, law, finance, social impacts, environmental analysis, systems modeling, training and marketing. How to access PA's services

- prepare a draft scope of work that includes anticipated tasks, deliverables and level of effort
- work with your contracting office to issue a task order request to PA Government Services Inc.
