The purpose of this Website is to give you an understanding of what 'Lean services' really are, and insights into some of the tools you might need to face today and tomorrow’s delivery challenges.
This site is split into two parts:
1 - a public area that provides the Lean novice with useful information about what Lean is, how it can be applied and the kind of positive effect it can have, and includes a series of fact sheets and case studies.
2 - a 'Lean Interest Group' members-only area - for those interested in digging a little deeper into Lean. The Lean Interest Group is a network of government operators who have or are interested in applying Lean servicing to their area of government. This private area contains a bibliography of useful case studies and the latest thinking from across the Lean world.
