What are we looking for?
We are constantly seeking bright, enthusiastic and experienced people with an interest in the public sector. You do not need to have worked in the public sector before – in fact, many of our clients value consultants with considerable private sector experience. However, we would be particularly interested in hearing from you if you have:
- Three to six years' experience in industry, consultancy or the public sector
- Experience in delivering or managing projects
- Business development experience (this is a requirement for senior posts)
- A strong interest in adding value to clients and embracing change.
What makes PA so different?
- Our promotion and remuneration is based largely on individual merit, rather than simply corporate performance
- Once you have proved yourself, you can quickly be managing work programs or teams
- The people that you will work with are all different. Our consultants are creative, practical and individual thinkers
- PA's people say that you can learn more in a year here than anywhere else.
Are there opportunities that would be right for you?
