PA Government Services Inc. holds one of USAID’s three EPIQ II IQC contracts to implement policy reform and capacity building projects for USAID worldwide.
PA has worked extensively in the environmental sector to support strategic planning and priority setting, program design and implementation and institutional strengthening. PA’s EPIQ II IQC team has excellent experience in providing effective policy support in developing countries, including economics, science and health, law, modeling, monitoring and evaluation, finance, public information, training and conflict resolution.

Prepare a draft scope of work that includes anticipated tasks, deliverables and level of effort, and
