Developing and implementing IT strategies

We work with university IT teams and institutional management to develop and realise IT strategies that can enhance student experiences and enable more-flexible learning and research processes.

We do this using:

• PA’s distinctive approach to assessing institutions’ e-maturity, based on a methodology that we developed with Becta and have since used worldwide

• our insights into business-led IT strategy development, identifying the ICT capabilities and investments needed to realise institutional priorities

• our expertise in e-learning technologies and methods, and the application of these to improved learner journeys and learning outcomes

• bespoke approaches to designing and implementing IT service delivery capabilities and structures.
