PA’s Wind Power Benchmarking Programme began in Europe in 2008 and has expanded to include participants from the US and beyond. The inaugural programme developed robust criteria for measuring performance, using O&M statistics gathered from more than 50 wind facilities and more than one third of the world’s installed offshore capacity. It continues to provide insight into this growing area of investment.
