You should have the personal capabilities needed to catalyse and deliver change; the ability to work at all levels in an organisation; a demonstrable track record of project delivery; evidence of rapid and sustained career progression; and an excellent first degree (or equivalent). At more senior levels you should have a credible track record of success in defence and security and experience of winning new business.
The following experience is of particular interest to us:
- business transformation
- acquisition (procurement, sourcing, commercial, project and programme management)
- business resilience (including security / information assurance)
- supply chain / logistics
- systems engineering and complex system integration
- IT strategy, architecture (especially MODAF) & service delivery, operational or secure applications, systems and networks
- the people, process and / or technology aspects of NEC and C4ISTAR capabilities.
