PA Consulting Group and the University of Cambridge’s Engineering Design Centre would like to invite you to attend our product development symposium, which focuses on leadership.

Leadership is vital to drive the successful development of products. To lead multiple product development teams is particularly challenging, needing a leader’s skills to range from creating and implementing a vision for both products and the organisation, often whilst leading collaborative teams with partner organisations. So what do you need to be a successful leader in product development?

 
This symposium will give you the opportunity to:

• Discuss what are the challenges and key skills for leaders in product development

• Actively participate in exercises which will give you the chance to reflect on your skills and personal style of putting across a vision and of influencing and engaging others.

The programme of the day will involve working in small groups to discuss and challenge the issues you face, with the aim of developing insights in this area, and sharing techniques and approaches which could be used to broaden skills for leaders working in product developments.
