Speakers
Professor Richard Lilford, a member of the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) Appraisals Committee and a past member of the Medical Research Council Health Services and Public Health Research Board. He is vice-chair of the Research and Development Committee of NICE. He is also a member of the World Health Organization Safety Alliance Subgroup on Research Methodology. In addition, Richard is Professor of Clinical Epidemiology at Birmingham and he directs the National Health Service R&D Portfolio of Patient Safety Research for the Department of Health in England and is currently evaluating the Health Foundation's Safer Hospitals Initiative.
George MacGinnis, PA Consulting Group eHealth team working within the National Health Service (NHS) in England to shape a vision for the use of personal health technologies. George is also Vice Chair of the Continua Health Alliance’s Use Care Working Group.
Chris Steel is PA Consulting Group's Country Head in the United States and leads PA's work in Information Technology and Healthcare in the region.
