We are delighted to invite you to our roundtable event ‘Standing out from the crowd – moving beyond commodity’ on Tuesday 25 November. We will investigate what defines great project managers, how they can avoid being seen as a ‘commodity’ and how organisations can further professionalise this occupation.
There are many textbooks and courses that teach the tools and techniques required to manage projects, but talented managers stand out from the crowd, displaying qualities and behaviours that set them apart from the rest. They are able to step above the complexity of the project or programme, draw on different methodologies and understand the ecosystem and political context to deliver the best results.
We will be joined by an expert guest speaker, and the roundtable discussion will take place over dinner. There will be no more than 20 guests, and we expect a lively and interesting debate under the Chatham House Rule.
If you have any questions, or you wish to invite a colleague, please register.
