Share ownership

Under our constitution, PA's shares can be owned only by our people and, therefore, we give all employees an opportunity to become shareholders and own a stake in the company’s success. Upon joining PA, you will be eligible to receive a PA share option award, which demonstrates the importance that we place on our employees owning a stake in our firm. Thereafter, every time you earn a bonus, and every time you are promoted, you will have the opportunity to increase your shareholder value in PA, either through share options or the ownership of real shares. Ownership provides the right to vote, the right to a dividend, and the right to share in PA's accomplishments through share-price growth. But most of all, it encourages you to think and act as an owner, not as an employee.
