How we recruit 

PA Consulting Group’s selection method is fair but thorough. We assess candidates against the skills and competencies required for the role in which they are interested. We see the interview as an opportunity for candidates to meet members of the team and to learn more about PA. Selection will vary depending on your domicile country and the role for which you are applying but it will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and ability through a range of selection methods. These may include:  

  • verbal and numerical aptitude testing

  • competency-based interviews

  • psychometric assessment/personality profiling 

  • case study exercises 

  • group exercises
