Selection process

Our selection process is very fair but thorough.  We are committed to recruiting, promoting and remunerating our employees solely on the basis of their ability to contribute to PA’s objectives, without regard to their sex, race, disability, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or marital status.

Our process aims to thoroughly and objectively assess candidates against the required skills and competencies for any role. There is also the opportunity to meet members of the team and learn more about PA. The interview process will vary depending on the country or role you apply for and give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and ability through a range of selection methods. These may include:

 

• verbal and numerical aptitude testing

• competency based interviews

• psychometric assessment/personality profiling (PAPI)

• case study exercises

• group exercises
