As your skills develop and you move up the different ranks, eventually you could be leading a major change programme for a FTSE 100 company, working in a foreign country helping devise IT strategies for a government, or even be a recognised industry expert in your field. In our environment, you create your own opportunities and move in many directions.
Our reward philosophy is unique to PA. We aim to pay our graduate analysts competitive salary packages, provide comprehensive benefits, and award superior bonus payments to those who add great value and thus, contribute to PA and subsequently your own success.
Training and Development:
The majority of Analysts join between September and November. As a graduate your first 2 weeks with PA will be an intensive residential training programme, where you will join other new Analysts from other practices and offices around the world. This programme will equip you with an understanding of our culture and values, give you grounding in consulting skills and the knowledge needed as an Analyst. The programme will also help you begin to develop the practical skills needed for working with clients on assignment.
All our Analysts find they learn and grow with every project. Your performance will be formally reviewed twice yearly by your line manager, and you also have a review with your assignment manager at the end of every project.
Our mentoring programme is hugely beneficial to all our new joiners and in particular our Analysts. You will meet with a mentor regularly who will check your progress, provide guidance and advice and act as a confidential sounding board for any challenges you face in your career.
