We are delighted to announce PA is ranked ninth out of 23 of the largest global consultancies (by fee earnings) for the quality of our thought leadership in the second half of 2014 in a study by Source for Consulting.
Source for Consulting provides a service called White Space which regularly analyses the quality of thought leadership from 30 leading global consulting firms by fee earnings and produces quality rankings twice a year.
Here’s what Source for Consulting’s report had to say about our thought leadership – our Cyber Crime Tipping Point report gets a special mention.
“In a continuation of the trend we highlighted last time, PA has cut back on opinion pieces and focused on producing fewer but more substantial pieces of thought leadership. And this approach is clearly paying off: PA’s average score… [wins] it a place in the top half of the table.
“Cybercrime Tipping Point plays to the firm’s strengths… and demonstrates what it is capable of. Based on a survey of law enforcement organisations, the report highlights key gaps between what analysts are doing and what they ought to be doing and offers some clear recommendations, and in doing so, PA demonstrates that it is knowledgeable in this field. If this is a sign of things to come, we expect to see the firm move further up our rankings.”
2014 was a strong year for our thought leadership, with other pieces including ‘Could planes overtake planes?’ aviation report, ‘Innovation for peak performance’ study, ‘energy investment map’ and ‘Here be dragons’ higher education report.
Robert Man, Chief Marketing Officer at PA, says: “We are extremely proud to break into the top ten of Source for Consulting’s White Space rankings and increase our position by six places from the first half of 2014.”
Here are the top ten consultancies as ranked by White Space:
3. The Boston Consulting Group
4. Capgemini Consulting
9. PA Consulting Group
