For example, PA was recently hired by Electricidad de Caracas (EDC) to design and implement a new operating management model for the electric energy distribution company that supplies one million clients. The purpose of the job was to reduce operation and maintenance and commercial management costs by at least 20%. PA performed a strategy analysis of EDC business, identified improvement opportunities in all technical and commercial models, evaluated and developed business cases for all proposed solutions and designed an implementation plan, including the communication plan and change management for all the improvement projects that the company intended to set up.
